Marketing and agency reporting

The short answer

How do we show clients what their marketing did, without a day of spreadsheet work?

An agency report has two jobs: prove the work happened and show whether it moved the client's numbers. Most agencies spend too long on the first and too little on the second. Reporting platforms pull data from ad accounts, analytics, search consoles and call tracking into one branded dashboard, so the hours go into the commentary instead of the copy-paste.

The work around the report

A report shows results; clients also ask what was done and what comes next. Work-management dashboards cover hours and deliverables per client, and a shared journey map agreed at kick-off becomes the measurement plan the report is built on.
