What WhatConverts does
WhatConverts records phone calls, web form submissions, chats and ecommerce transactions as leads, each linked to its source, campaign and, on higher plans, keyword. Call features include tracking numbers, dynamic number insertion, recordings and transcripts, and text message capture.
The emphasis is on lead quality: leads can be marked as qualified or junk and given a value, and reports show which channels produced the most valuable leads. It integrates with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook Ads, and is built with agencies and multi-location businesses in mind.
A good fit for
- Agencies that need to prove lead quality to clients.
- Businesses whose leads arrive by phone, form and chat in roughly equal measure.
- Franchises and multi-location businesses reporting by location.
Probably not for
- Businesses that need advanced call-centre routing more than lead reporting.
- Pure ecommerce stores with no phone or form leads.
Alternatives
- CallRail: Call-first, with conversation analysis.
- AgencyAnalytics: For the reporting layer across all channels.
