How the usage credit works
Each plan includes a credit ("used for tracking leads", in WhatConverts' words) that pays for numbers, minutes, transcription and texts. WhatConverts translates the single-account credit into up to 148 phone call leads, and up to 300 forms, chats and transactions on Plus and above. Beyond the credit you pay the usage rates. On the single-account plans those were $2.50 per extra local number, 4.5 cents per local minute, $3.50 per toll-free number and 6.5 cents per toll-free minute; the agency plans were lower ($1.75, 4 cents, $3.00 and 6 cents). Transcription was 2 cents a minute and texts 3 cents. The page lays these rates out in one table without plan labels, so confirm the rate for your plan.
Which plan fits
- Call Tracking if calls are the only lead type you need to attribute.
- Plus if forms and chats need to sit in the same lead list with their source, which is WhatConverts' core difference from call-first tools.
- Pro for healthcare and other businesses that need HIPAA-compliant tracking, or for scheduled client reports.
- Elite for multi-touch attribution and visitor journeys.
- Unlimited-account plans for agencies: the break-even against single-account Plus plans is roughly nine clients on the list prices ($500 / $60), before usage.
Estimate your own cost
Start with call volume. If your calls and numbers fit in the $30 credit, the list price is your bill. A business taking 300 local calls a month at four minutes each uses 1,200 minutes; at 4.5 cents that is $54 in minutes alone, so it would run past the credit. Add numbers for dynamic insertion and any toll-free lines.
