Affiliate disclosure
Effective 19 October 2026
Analytics1.com is funded by affiliate commissions and labelled featured placements. If you click an affiliate link and then buy or sign up, the vendor may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you. That does not change what we recommend. This disclosure follows the US Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255).
Which links are affiliate links
Affiliate links are the “Visit” buttons and links that pass through an address starting /go/ on this site. On every page that has one, a short disclosure appears above the first affiliate link, and the links are marked rel="sponsored" in the page code so search engines are told the same thing you are. Other links to vendors and competitors are plain links that earn us nothing.
Our current affiliate partners
800.com, Adwisely, AgencyAnalytics, Aircall, Amplemarket, Apollo.io, Bitscale, Bouncer, Brand24, Calilio, CallHippo, CallRail, ClickUp, Cloudways, Database Mart, DataHawk, GetResponse, Hostinger, InboxAlly, Instantly, Kartra, KrispCall, Later, Leadfeeder, Leadpages, Miro, OmniSEO, Outgrow, Pecan AI, POWR, RunPod, Sender, Shorby, SocialBee, SurveyMonkey, Survicate, Synder, Thordata, Tidio, Vista Social, Volza, WhatConverts.
These programmes run through PartnerStack, Awin, CJ and similar networks. Commission rates are set by each vendor and are typically a share of the first sale or subscription.
The rules we follow
- Best-tools pages are ranked by the Analytics1 Score, computed from vendors’ own published pages with fixed weights. Affiliate status and paid placements are not inputs, and a build check stops the scoring code reading them. Alternatives pages are alphabetical.
- We cover tools we have no relationship with, with plain links, where they fit the question.
- Comparisons between two partners do not name a winner; they say which situation suits which tool.
- We state prices only where we have read them on the vendor’s own pricing page, with the month and a link.
- We do not claim hands-on testing we have not done. Spec sheets are based on vendors’ published materials and say so.
- No vendor reviews or approves our copy before publication.
Featured placements
Software vendors can buy a featured placement on a best-tools page (see advertise). It appears in a separate band labelled “Sponsored · not part of the ranking”, outside the ranked list, at most two per page, and its links carry rel="sponsored". A placement buys that band only. It does not change the Analytics1 Score, any position in a ranking, or anything we write, and we review every placement before it goes live.
Agency introductions
If you ask us through find an agency, a person passes your request to up to three agencies, with your consent. It is free for you. An agency we introduce may pay us a flat referral fee if you hire it; that never decides which agencies we suggest. We never sell or rent lists.
Our affiliate, FIH
Silicon Valley Ventures publishes Analytics1.com and is under common ownership with FIH (fih.com), a sell-side M&A adviser to founders of software, agency and other businesses. FIH runs StartupAppraisal.com, a free valuation tool, and FairlyValued.com, whose published deal data we cite on our agency and SaaS valuation page. Wherever we mention FIH’s services we put them in a box labelled “From our affiliate, FIH”. FIH earns fees if you engage it. FIH has no role in the Analytics1 Score or in which tools we rank.
Trademarks
Product names and logos belong to their owners. Mentioning a product does not imply its owner endorses this site, or that we endorse it beyond what we write.
