What drives the bill
The client count. The price scales linearly with the clients you manage, and staff seats are unlimited, so a large team on few clients pays little more than a small one. The page says annual billing saves 20% but does not print the monthly-billing price, so ask for it if you want to stay monthly. Rank tracking is the add-on most agencies will need, and it is priced by keyword volume across all clients.
Estimate your own cost
As a worked example on the list prices: an agency with 12 clients pays 12 x $20 = $240 a month on Core. If it tracks 80 keywords per client (960 keywords), it needs two 500-keyword blocks, adding $83.34 a month. At 25 clients or more, ask for volume pricing before you buy at list.
Is it worth it
Compare it with the cost of the hours it replaces. If a monthly report takes two hours to assemble by hand, a client account at $20 a month pays for itself at very low hourly rates. Where it is weaker value is for agencies with one or two large clients who already live in Looker Studio. AgencyAnalytics vs Looker Studio sets out what the free option costs in time.
