What ClickUp does
ClickUp manages tasks, projects, docs and time tracking, and its dashboards combine more than 60 card types (charts, tables, workload, time tracking, calculations) on one live screen, filtered by owner, status, date or custom field. Dashboards can be shared with clients and executives with granular permissions, including people without a ClickUp account. The vendor says dashboards are on paid plans; a Free Forever plan covers the core product.
Its dashboards report work data (tasks, time, sprints, goals), not marketing performance. For an agency that is half of client reporting: hours spent and deliverables shipped sit beside the marketing results from a reporting tool such as AgencyAnalytics. A good fit for
- Agencies tracking retainer hours and deliverables per client.
- Teams that want one place for the analytics project plan and its status reports.
Probably not for
- Reporting ad, SEO or GA4 metrics to clients: use a marketing reporting tool.
