What KrispCall does
KrispCall is a cloud business phone system: call routing, IVR phone trees, queues, recording, transfers, forwarding and a unified box for calls, texts and voicemail, plus a power dialer, click-to-dial and voicemail drop for outbound teams. Its AI copilot produces call summaries, transcriptions and suggested replies.
Its call analytics report volume, answer rates, missed calls, duration and team activity. That is operational analytics, not marketing attribution: a phone system tells you how calls were handled, while call tracking tells you which ad or page produced them. Many businesses need both. See call tracking explained.
A good fit for
- Small sales and support teams that want a browser and mobile phone system with AI summaries.
- Teams that measure missed calls and answer rates as a service metric.
Probably not for
- Businesses whose question is which marketing source made the phone ring: pair with or choose a call tracking platform.
