What CallHippo does
CallHippo is a cloud business phone system: virtual numbers, call routing, call monitoring and call analytics, with power and parallel dialers for outbound teams. Its site also lists AI voice agents that call, qualify and book, an AI copilot, a WhatsApp Business API integration and an omnichannel inbox that brings WhatsApp, SMS, chat, voice and email together.
Like any phone system, it handles and reports on calls; it is not marketing attribution, so it will not tell you which ad or keyword produced an inbound call. Pair it with a call tracking platform if you need that.
