What Aircall does

Aircall is a phone system for sales and support teams: calls, SMS and messaging in one platform, with AI assistants that transcribe calls, capture notes and analyse sentiment, topics and key moments. It lists more than 250 integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Pipedrive and Shopify.

It is a phone system, not marketing attribution. It tells you how calls are handled and what was said; it does not swap numbers on your website to tie a call to an ad. Teams that need both often pair a phone system with a call tracking platform.

A good fit for

  • Sales and support teams replacing desk phones.
  • Teams that want call transcripts and notes logged in the CRM automatically.

Probably not for

  • Marketers who only need to know which ad made the phone ring; use call tracking.
  • Very small teams below the plan's minimum number of licences.

Alternatives

  • CallRail: Marketing attribution for calls.
  • RingCentral: Unified communications suite.
  • CallHippo: Cloud phone system with dialers and AI voice agents.
