KrispCall costs $12 per user per month billed annually or $15 monthly (Starter, up to 5 users), $32 or $40 (Advance, up to 50 users) and $48 or $60 (Max, no member limit). What drives the bill
Seats, then usage. Allowances are pooled across users on each plan. Calls and texts beyond the allowances are billed pay-as-you-go at KrispCall's rates, and numbers outside the US, Canada and UK cost extra. Sending business texts to US numbers carries the one-off registration fees above plus a small monthly campaign fee ($1.50 or $2 depending on campaign type). Annual billing saves 20%.
Estimate your own cost
Four users on Starter billed annually: 4 x $12 x 12 = $576 a year, versus $720 on monthly billing. Note that Starter stops at 5 users and Advance at 50, so a growing team moves plans rather than buying seats.
Attribution is separate
