What Survicate does

Survicate runs surveys where customers already are: website pop-ups, in-product prompts for web and mobile apps, email and links. Templates cover NPS, CSAT, CES and common research questions, and the platform includes AI-assisted analysis of open-ended answers.

It integrates with CRM, support and product analytics tools, so responses can be tied to customer records and trigger follow-ups.

A good fit for

  • SaaS and app teams asking questions in the product.
  • Ecommerce and lead-generation sites surveying at checkout or after a form.
  • Teams that want NPS and CSAT running continuously.

Probably not for

  • One-off academic or market research panels; a general survey tool fits better.

Alternatives

  • SurveyMonkey: General-purpose surveys and research.
  • Hotjar: Heatmaps and recordings with feedback widgets.
