What drives the bill
Keywords and mentions. A keyword is a monitored term (your brand, a product, a competitor), so tracking yourself plus two competitors already uses the Individual plan's three. Mentions per month cap how much Brand24 collects; a brand that gets talked about a lot, or a generic brand name that matches unrelated chatter, burns through the cap fast. Update frequency (12 hours, hourly or real time) matters if you use it for crisis alerts.
Estimate your own cost
List the terms you need: brand, main product names, a founder, two or three competitors. That is often 6 to 8 keywords, which lands on Team. Then run the trial to see real mention volume before committing to a tier. API access is listed with an "extra fee" that the page does not price.
