What drives the bill
Contacts on your list, not emails sent: sends are unlimited on every paid plan. The price steps up at 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, 10,000, 25,000, 50,000 and 100,000 contacts. Cleaning out unengaged and invalid addresses is therefore a direct saving, and it also protects deliverability. Charities and NGOs get 50% off monthly plans, according to the page.
Measurement features by tier
For analytics, the line is between Starter and Marketer: A/B testing, ecommerce tracking and revenue reports are Marketer features. If you need to tie email to sales, Starter will leave you counting opens and clicks only. See email marketing metrics that matter.
Estimate your own cost
Use your list size today and in 12 months. The email list growth calculator projects it from your sign-up and churn rates. A list of 4,000 growing to 6,000 crosses the 5,000 tier during the year.
