Tidio pricing: Free, Starter, Growth and Plus
The short answer
Tidio is free for up to 50 billable conversations a month. Starter is $29 a month billed monthly or $24.17 a month billed annually (100 conversations), and Growth starts at $59 a month monthly or $49.17 annually (250 conversations), rising with volume. Plus starts at $300 a month plus usage. Annual billing gives two months free and there is a 7-day trial.

What drives the bill
Billable conversations: customer conversations your team handles in the month. Growth is sold in tiers (250, 400, 600, 800, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000 conversations at $59 to $349 a month on monthly billing), so a busy store moves up tiers rather than paying overages. AI answers (Lyro) and automated Flows are metered separately.
Measuring whether chat pays
Chat is a conversion tool, so measure it as one: track chat starts and chat-assisted orders as GA4 events, compare conversion rate for sessions with and without chat, and watch that the widget is not slowing mobile pages.
