What Bitscale does

Bitscale enriches CRM records from many data sources, running a waterfall across contact-data providers to fill in emails, phone numbers and other fields, with verification before results are written back. It syncs both ways with Salesforce and HubSpot and writes back only changed fields.

It also tracks buying signals such as job changes, funding rounds, executive hires and hiring posts, and offers prebuilt playbooks for prospecting and outbound. It is aimed at B2B revenue operations, sales and marketing teams.

A good fit for

  • RevOps teams with gaps in CRM data.
  • Sales teams that act on signals such as job changes and funding.

Probably not for

  • Teams without a CRM, or with very small lists where manual research is enough.

Alternatives

  • Clay: Spreadsheet-style enrichment workflows.
  • Apollo.io: Single database with outreach built in.
