The short answer

Paste a destination URL, fill in source, medium and campaign, and copy the tagged link. Values are lowercased and spaces become hyphens, so your reports stay clean. Everything runs in your browser, and the page address remembers your inputs so you can share the builder with your team.

Google Ads links do not need UTMs when auto-tagging is on. Never put UTM-tagged links on your own site's internal pages: they start a new session and overwrite the visitor's real source.
